Position Description:

The U.S. CSG Learning and Development Learning Business Partner is a key part of the Learning and Development team and the global HR organization. You will support 6,000 members in the US and understand and align CGI business learning priorities and help drive the learning strategy. You will contribute to CGI’s success through identifying and implementing learning solutions that will result in enhanced capability and performance of members of CGI. This role reports in to the Director of Learning.

You will be working as key part of the Learning Team, partnering with the global HR organization and key stakeholders, advising on learning processes, communications and platforms. You will contribute to CGI’s success through identifying and implementing learning solutions that will result in enhanced capability and performance of members of CGI.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

•Support business units in the promotion and implementation of learning solutions and initiatives ensuring consistency, accuracy and quality of learning

•Lead, advise on and support the optimization of learning processes and platforms

•Responsible for measurement of, and reporting on learning solutions to ensure they meet business objectives

•Responsible for the design and execution of the Learning Communication Plan for the SBU

•Partner with vendors to develop learning experiences and solutions to build member capabilities. Oversee and negotiate vendor and contract management.

•Advise SBU leaders and members on reskilling and talent development best practices

•Participate in global projects as required

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

•At least 5 years experience in Learning & Development

•Experience working in Information Technology or Professional Services firms

•Experience implementing synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions and experience with Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.

•Educational background in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development or Business

•Proven experience in stakeholder management, and known to be an innovative, detail-oriented professional who is agile and comfortable with ambiguity

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
