Position Description:

CGI is currently seeking an Executive Project Assistant to provide administrative support, analysis, and coordination for project management tasks and high-level administrative support for one or more of our Vice-Presidents in our Sterling, VA location. Project management support will include assistance with financial operations – project number set up, member assignments, invoicing, revenue recognition, A/R maintenance, and SOX compliance. Tasks will also include ad-hoc reporting and support for operational initiatives as needed.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Administrative support for Vice-Presidents will include calendaring and scheduling activities, assistance in setting up and running meetings, and completion of expense reports.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate the complex and shifting schedules of senior executive staff to facilitate meetings and travel arrangements

• Maintain travel arrangements, expense reports, time reporting, authorizations, etc.

• Schedule internal and external meetings, providing proactive and real-time calendar management

Strong organizational skills are essential. Importantly, candidates must demonstrate strong written and oral communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior managers and team members.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 2 years administrative support experience at the senior/executive level in a large organization

• Resourceful, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

• Ability to support and take direction from multiple leaders

• Extremely proactive, with an energetic and professional demeanor and high sense of urgency

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and take direction without follow-up

• Self-sufficient and understands how to effectively utilize internal resources

• A sensitivity of and an ability to interact effectively with a global team

• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and data integrity is maintained

• Very proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Professional corporate image combined with strong interpersonal skills

• Flexibility and ability to work overtime and/or outside of normal business hours as needed
