Position Description:

We have an outstanding opportunity for a high-impact leader to join the CGI Federal team in Fairfax, VA. The Program Manager (PM) will provide overall leadership and guidance for a major cyber security program for the Department of Homeland Security.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Sole accountability for leading and delivering the quality and efficiency expected by DHS on a large multi-year cybersecurity development, implementation, and sustainment program.

Delegating and assigning tasks to team members and all contractor personnel.

Responsible for all Program Management and technical efforts and overall performance through the optimization of staffing levels and FTE/subcontractor resources as one cohesive team.

Effectively presenting to senior partners and their constituents across the enterprise.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelors Degree and at least 15 years of experience leading large 300-500+full time employees across multiple subject areas and work streams.

Experience directly leading all aspects of at least two large IT/Cyber programs that include DevSecOps and SAFe Agile.

Experience providing technical advice to senior level government leaders.

Experience in security integration projects for Government Agencies, including the classified community.

US Citizenship with Top Secret Clearance is required.

PMI, PMP or PgMP certification.

Desired Qualifications

A working understanding of security tools. (eg, Splunk, Elastic Search, SailPoint, etc.),

Knowledge of security devices like IDS/IPS, Firewalls, NAC, etc.

Understanding of federal cybersecurity guidance such as: NIST SP 800-37 - Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems: a Security Life Cycle Approach; and NIST 800-137 - Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) for Federal Information Systems and Organizations.
