Position Description:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The Director, Product Sales and Demonstration leader will support strategic planning, pursuit management, and identification of large opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pursuits and assigning team resources throughout the sales process. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining the processes for producing and presenting demonstrations (live, video, other); developing compelling and reusable implementation methodologies, capability statements, sales materials, and proposal content. For this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, subject matter experts, account teams, business developers, and executives to ensure that our sales support materials and demos reflect the deal strategy and win themes. You will engage internal and external resources in the development of the most effective solution or offering necessary to win against the customer’s requirements and mission.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 10+ years business development, solution strategy and consulting experience with a demonstrated ability to understand the client environment, stakeholder management and the ability to provide winning solutions across application services;

• Experience in working with or within the Federal Government market at the Senior Level Executive and Program Executives Office level;

• Have a strong background in working alongside product and engineering teams to drive clear and concise documentation of products and services;

• Outstanding writing, editing, communication and presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Have experience creating conceptual, referential, and procedural content and know when to apply each;

• Understand how to structure content and documentation so it is readable and easy to navigate;

• Have experience self-managing multiple projects simultaneously;

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to build successful alliances and teams;

• Demonstrated ability to identify emerging business trends resulting in strategy recommendations to senior management, with a particular focus on understanding how to leverage technology differentiators.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and related software applications (Power Apps, etc)

• 5+ years delivering Federal ERP, financial management or administrative management solutions
