The preferred location of this role is Fairfax, VA, but it can be located in any US Federal office. A hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As Director for Brand and Marketing Communications, you will help drive growth of our business by leading a broad set of marketing competencies, including content marketing, digital marketing, media and analyst relations, market engagement and talent marketing. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate frequently with CGI Federal executives to evaluate business priorities and translate into our marketing strategy and plan

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the leaders of our marketing centers of excellence, including content marketing, digital marketing, media relations, market engagement and talent marketing

• Ensure consistency and alignment of all centers of excellence with the company’s brand, messaging and best practices

• Collaborate closely with other Marketing directors to design and execute strategic Marketing initiatives

• Support the office of the CGI Federal president, chief growth officer and our strategic engagement teams on key Marketing initiatives

• Facilitate increased collaboration and share best practices with global marketing colleagues

• Define and track key performance metrics for Marketing centers of excellence

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You are a well-rounded marketing leader with experience across many disciplines, including marketing strategy, executive presence, hands-on implementation, and an ability to get things done internally through influence.

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years experience working in Marketing, consulting, and/or business development disciplines, preferably in an IT or professional services company

• Experience managing marketing professionals, including content creators, digital marketers, media relations specialists, and event managers

• A passion for and strong understanding of the U.S. Federal Government

• Proven leadership in running successful, integrated marketing teams and large-scale campaigns

• Strong verbal and written communications, including the ability to write and present to executive audiences

• An ability to be highly collaborative, and work with a variety of people at all levels

• Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts

• Flexibility to travel, as needed

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $125,500.00 - $271,800.00.
