Position Description:

We are looking for a Data Visualization lead for the Business Transformation of a strategic client account in the Washington DC Metro. This person will participate in key business development activities that drive substantial revenue across a portfolio of projects as part of a multi-year business transformation and will have the opportunity to move into Portfolio/Value Management Office for ongoing participation in business transformation project execution.

This position is located in the Washington DC Metro area and requires regular presence onsite and at CGI’s US headquarters offices in Fairfax, Virginia (including hybrid/virtual participation, as appropriate) and at the client site up to three days per week in Alexandria, Virginia.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Review business transformation strategy and roadmap to understand key business drivers, value propositions, and workstream requirements

• Catalog proposal requirements aligned with the roadmap including related target resources and budgets

• Build a navigable view of the client’s initiatives and dependencies within the SharpCloud environment and ensure the currency and comprehensiveness of relationships and connections

• Craft views and visualizations that aid decision-making, make evident linkages and actions needed, and allow for multi-layered views and interpretation of information

• Work closely with the client’s Value Management Office on the depiction of a baseline, traceability, progress in achieving OKRs and KPIs, etc. within the tool

• Administer and manage all facets of the solution

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Knowledge of SharpCloud

• Knowledge of PMO and Value Management Office activities

• Comfort level with metrics, including establishing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

• Exhibit business vision, helping to shape and execute our growth agenda, navigating the client ecosystem with dexterity and finesse

• Relationship-building, an ability to establish credibility and trust, and resolute follow-through on CGI’s commitments

• This individual will collaborate with our advisory, delivery, and product teams in the U.S. and abroad, bringing the best of our global capabilities to bear

Bachelor's degree required.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $106,200.00 - $185,800.00.
