Position Description:

CGI is seeking to hire a highly motivated test quality engineer to join our growing team in Dover NH. Critical member of Agile team delivering new business function to the client’s customer and internal business users. Dynamic work environment and fast paced. Working with leading technologies and Agile Methods.

Use of latest technologies in a very mature Agile environment. Great opportunity to stay ahead of the technology curve.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated and manual testing in support of project deliverables

• Work as part of Agile team developing and executing the testing required in support of deliverables

• Utilize DevOps, CI/CD , and test automation tools to streamline the test execution

• Work with developers on test execution and use of automation tools to integrate testing into process

• Communicate with internal and external business partners to qualify technical requirements and communicate those finding back to the development team at large.

• Contribute new software or modify existing software to meet projects and program goals.

• Deliver needed project functionality for specific deliverables but deliver in such a way that the value is useful to the organization in the long term.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years - experience with test automation such as Selenium, QTP, etc

• 3+ years - experience working with DevOps / CI tools such as Jenkins

• Develop and execute automated and manual testing in support of project deliverables

• Past experience in development

• 3+ years - experience working Agile teams, and Test Driven Development

• Hands on coding experience in coding Java

• Past experience with P&C Insurance

• Training and past experience working on projects based on SAFe

• Experience with Functional and Unit test based frameworks to develop automated tests (Mocha, Jasmine, Cucumber, etc)

• Experience with container based solutions (Docker, CoreOS, etc)

• Software engineering experience (design, coding, testing, deployment and support)

• Experience using standard SDLC tools like Jira, Git, Jenkins etc.

SKILLS:

• SAFe Agile - 3 Years • P&C Insurance - 5 Years DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• SAFe Certified

• P&C Insurance experience with commercial insurance underwriting, rating, and/or policy admin

• Commercial Insurance - 5 Years
