Position Description:

Looking for a candidate that has experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and End User Training of large complex ERP system. The specific project is a Payroll Modernization project to replace a 30-year-old payroll system with CGI’s Advantage 4 HRM and Payroll applications. Candidate will work closely with an experienced CGI OCM Lead and with OCM and Training Leads from the client.

This position is located in our Denver, CO office, however a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The candidate will help develop both an Organizational Change Management Plan, as well as a Training Plan for the Client’s Advantage 4 Payroll implementation. Since this is a replacement for a 30-year-old payroll system, OCM is very likely to be extensive. Once the plans are in place the candidate will work with both the client and CGI OCM leads to execute the plans. From an OCM standpoint this will include documenting new business processes driven by the more modern Advantage 4 HR and Payroll applications. In conjunction with the business process changes, associated Training materials (presentations, job aids, etc.) will need to be produced based on the Advantage baseline materials that already exist for Advantage 4.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Project requires candidate to have experience with Organization Change Management practices, be able to develop a client specific plan, and then execute that plan. Similarly, the candidate needs to have experience developing a client-specific Training Plan and then executing on that plan successfully. Advantage 4 experience, HRM and Payroll preferably, is also required, as well as familiarity with the available training materials for Advantage 4.

Minimum Education Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 76,300 – 133,500.
