Position Description:

CGI is seeking an Agile Player/Coach with an embedded scrum team skill set to support an important client in their transformation to Agile and DevOps. This transformation is in support of the clients 2019 strategic business objectives and critical to their overall digital transformation.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The right candidate for this Agile Player/Coach will have:

  • Solid experience working in and/or leading teams in an agile environment.

  • Ability to lead by example through the embedded skill set and provide guidance on Agile best practices.

  • Personality and soft skills to drive agile transformation by gaining credibility and trust to influencing change.

  • Self-starter with flexible work style.

  • Strong client facing skills including excellent communication and problem solving ability.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

It is also important that the Agile Player/Coach bring to the table an embedded skill-set to the client can utilize this resource to contribute to the scrum team while bringing Agile/Devops/modern practices to the team. This will drive agile transformation and accelerate delivery. The embedded skill-set can be as a .NET developer, PM, Scrum Master or Analyst.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
