Position Description:

Write and edit clear and compelling copy/content for digital, marketing, and user interface assetsTranslate business partners’ goals into warm, meaningful, engaging conversations with our customers and end usersCollaborate with information architects, designers, vendors, and other writers to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and build a messaging strategy for any given projectHelp define project requirements, create user stories, acceptance criterion and estimated time for on time deliveryAnalyze and work from a creative brief, marketing brief, or business requirementsRequired qualifications to be successful in this role• Proficiency in marketing copywriting and technical writing• English as a first language, or expert-level skills in written English• Excellent grammar and spelling skills• Ability to work independently and proactively• Strong attention to detail• 3+ years at an agency preferred• Writing samples/portfolio requiredTimeliness of delivery:• On time completion of deliverables• On time coordination of touch points with client team and other stakeholdersQuality of deliverable:• Accuracy and functionality of deliverables based on project requirements/ scope/ requirements/ timeline/ schedule/ tracker defined by BU
