Position Description:

CGI is looking to onboard a Consumer Credit Life Cycle expert with significant client-side experience, including a minimum of 10+ years working in the loan origination area within a financial services company, in lending technology and business processes. This position requires functional industry knowledge and expertise in the originations ecosystem, including regulatory controls, common business practices, practical application of core originations concepts, and other lending specific considerations.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Work in a cross-functional SAFE environment, interacting daily with other team members.

• Advise architects and communicate with project stakeholders

• Up to 50% Travel

• Responsible for originations system implementations

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 15+ years in the financial industry

• 10+ years of direct operational experience in lending (financial institution experience preferred)

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Experience solving complex business and technology challenges within the lending space.

• Facilitation skills, including leading meetings, presentation skills, problem resolution/mediation.

• High degree of responsiveness and ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

• Ability to work with virtual teams spanning time zones across the country and in India

• Ability to articulate complex technical content in easily understandable business vernacular

• Creative approach to designing business enabling technical solutions

• Thrive in a team environment

• Exceptional people skills and ability to navigate a matrixed work environment

• Ability to educate and foster support for new ideas and approaches

*CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $122,200 -$213,800.
