Position Description:

CGI has an immediate need for a Project/Portfolio Analyst) to join our financial services team in one of several of our CGI Offsite or Onshore Delivery Center locations. CGI has a brand new opportunity for a Project/Portfolio Analyst with very strong skills in preparing Executive Briefings/Presentations and coordinating internal projects (non-SDLC).

Description

As part of this role, Project/Portfolio Analyst will closely collaborate with Chief of Staff for Enterprise Architecture Executive team, collect relevant information, data from various sources and prepare excellent PowerPoint presentations/slide decks. Analyst will also coordinating internal projects (non-SDLC). Analyst should have superior skills in preparing presentations fit for Executives.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field​​​​​​​

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• ​Prepare briefings, presentations for Sr. Executives including IT Directors, VPs and above

• Support multiple internal IT Projects (non-SDLC)

• Following up, entering and tracking issues, risks and updates; Tracking Change Management items

• Following up on upstream/downstream notifications, managing various assessments, coordinating reviews

• Ability to collect relevant information, data from various sources and present it in very crisp and executive format

• Expert on preparation of PowerPoint presentations/slide decks

• Compiling Meeting Minutes

• ​Excellent written and verbal communication
