Position Description:

This position is located in Pittsburgh, PA with work done at a client site in Pittsburgh. However, a hybrid work model is acceptable. Cleveland, OH; Atlanta, GA; and Dallas, TX; are also acceptable work locations.

As a Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating, implementing and supporting various risk identification, monitoring, and reporting programs. Role will include identifying technical, system and configuration risks, documenting them as per organization enterprise standards. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to review and document existing issues and remediation efforts.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Contribute in implementation of technical, system risk identification programs in consultation with Application Owners

• Capture and document Non-Technical Configuration Controls annually, for each of the in-scope applications

• Work closely with IT/System Risk Coordinator, Application owners, Application Managers to review and document existing Internal Audit or self-identified issue remediation efforts

• Review and maintain ServiceNow central repository and system of record for risk ratings, annually.

• Prepare relevant training material and provide control training to impacted user base to support Change request processes.

• Monitor and track application risk exceptions for various applications

• Execute Go to Green, Go to Zero plans for identified open high priority risks, in consultation with stakeholders

• Caters to adhoc requests and queries received from enterprise’s Security, Internal Audit and various Risk/Security Management teams.

• Prepare and/or contribute to progress/risk reports and dashboards for executives reviews.

• Foster a positive work environment and culture that supports teamwork and collaboration.

• Monitor the Configuration Items (CIs) that are more than certain days in pre prod and follow up with the Application managers for attestations.

• Generate reports and related metrics to help the team to follow up with the respective teams to ensure compliance – assisting with onboarding of Non compliant accounts

• Assist with exceptions for applications that are in Risk Accepted/risk Remediated status

• Automate the report generation to save time on generating reports

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as project/program management or in business analysis or in coordinator role, preferably with in risk domain

• Proficiency in Excel to generate customized reports and to automate the report generation.

• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow, process control tools like Sharepoint, JIRA etc and Archer - nice to have

• Good understanding of banking technologies, applications, functions, and infrastructure

• Ability to understand application functions, identify technology and system risks, by reviewing documentation and/or by talking with application owners and technology teams.

• Good understanding in risk domain (Technology Risk/ System Risk/Operation Risk etc.) - nice to have

• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

• Ability to maneuver complexities and engage with executives both on business and technology sides across organization.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67,800-$165,200
