Position Description:

CGI, a top 5 global IT consulting company, is seeking several Quality Assurance/Testing and UAT leads with Banking Mortgage Systems experience to join our Great Lakes client services team in Cleveland, OH. Your future duties and responsibilities:

Specific essential job functions include the following:

• UAT policies, processes and quality assurance

o Define the policies and processes to be used during the UAT phase of system change that would be followed by a team of UAT testers reporting to this role.

o Integrate and embed UAT processes into the IT development lifecycle to ensure appropriate engagement and oversight of testing quality

• UAT planning

o Develop a UAT plan for each intake item to include: Scope and objectives, Specification of test activities, Risks, Roles and responsibilities, Acceptance criteria

• Test preparation and execution

o Manage UAT resources, track progress and UAT issue management (including leading the triaging of issues into defects, new requirements, data set-up, user error etc.)

o Build and finalize test cases

o Verify test environment

o Compare actual results with expected

• Other

o Liaise with business stakeholders to gain issue resolution

o Provide regular UAT progress statistics/reporting to senior stakeholders

o Obtain required UAT sign offs from business/key stakeholders

o Support implementations by working closely with Training and User

o Support specialists and business stakeholders as required

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5+ years of experience or equivalent work experience within the consumer mortgage banking industry, including exposure to a Loan Origination System (LOS)

• 5+ years of QA and UAT Testing experience.

• Experience working with Black Knight mortgage and bank lending applications is a strong plus

• Experience working in a collaborative development team either as a team member or Team Lead/Analyst

• Strong analytical and design skills.

• Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills.

• Proven knowledge of consumer mortgage banking (could include operations, secondary marketing and/or sales)

• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative partnerships among the business unit and internal partners

• Ability to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented environment

• Strong leadership and inter-personal skills

• Strong research skills with an attention to detail

• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word and Power Point

• Experience working closely with team members during development and product launch
