Position Description:

CGI is looking for IBM BPM Developers who have a passion for solving problems. Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Work with multiple project delivery teams. You’ll work on process design, development and/or improvement

• Lead and has direct responsibility for one or more technology projects

• Complete the delivery of design, code or testing for modules or multiple functions related to IS development initiatives.

• Prepare requirement definition, design, and technical specifications.

• Provide coding, testing and implementation support for identified technical platform (i.e., Mainframe, Mid-range, Distributed or Web).

• Analyze user requirements and define technical project scope and assumptions for assigned tasks.

• Creates business and/or technical designs for new systems, and/or modifications to existing systems. Translates detailed requirements into functional system designs.

• Experience with Agile methodology and working in Agile teams

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 8+ years overall experience with 5+ years with IBM BPM (Version IBM BPM 8.x)

• Experience in responsive coaches, app migrations and creating frameworks and utilities.

• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle

• Detail oriented with excellent organization and analytical skills

• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, project team members, supervisors, and employees.

• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types and understand technical issues.

• Experience in financial services highly desired.

Education: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related IT field or equivalent combination of experience and education
