CGI is adding a Senior Salesforce.com Trainer to our team in Charlotte, NC. As the Salesforce.com Trainer, you will need a contagious passion for and experience with the Salesforce.com platform. You will create and leverage Salesforce.com training content, conduct in-person training, and inspire adoption to help users meet their business goals. You will collaborate with other team members on a fast-paced, global team to deliver the best training implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class IT company, for a permanent position in the Charlotte metro area providing high-end IT services to local enterprise clients.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, users, and external vendors to achieve user adoption goals
Produce Salesforce training materials and act as a lead consultant
Demonstrate Salesforce.com capabilities through face-to-face training workshops
Manage training projects such as WalkMe and myTrailhead
Coordinate with off-shore resources to communicate content needs
Track and measure effectiveness for training
Stay current with Salesforce.com features and leverage any updates applicable to the organization
Be part of a fast-paced team and participate in planning, documentation, and execution of Salesforce.com training
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
At least five years of Salesforce.com experience required with Salesforce.com (SFDC) certification preferred
Proven track record in creating training content, conducting in person, face-to-face training, and stimulating user adoption
Ability to travel internationally, if required, to support onsite training
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter expects (SME)
Exposure to Scrum or Agile methodology is a must
Ideally located in Charlotte, NC
Bachelor's degree in related field is required; Masters' degree preferred
