Position Description:

CGI is seeking an experienced ERP Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Nevada!

You will be leveraging your analytical knowledge as a consultant assisting our government clients to not only successfully implement an ERP solution but to help them gain the most benefit from their investment.

You will work in a fast-paced highly collaborative team environment on technology systems, implementing ERP with a hybrid-agile approach.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Design, test, and support system users in the IT industry.

• Collaborate with the client on technology and business process related efforts that include gathering functional business requirements, designing new system functionality, testing software code, documenting deliverables, and supporting end users.

Additional duties are as follows:

• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively to gather and document requirements, design system enhancements, drive user feedback, and conduct quality assurance testing through completion of project

• Write system documentation, including developer guides, design specifications, and topic papers

• Create test scripts based on business requirements

• Perform system testing using test scripts to ensure requirements are met

• Execute regression testing scripts

• Support the application help desk responding to end-user calls

You should possess:

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

• Great attention to detail and follow through

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Experience implementing IT systems

• Experience in all facets of the IT project lifecycle

• Experience in system analysis, design, and testing

• Experience supporting an application help desk

• Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately

• Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication skills

• High level of interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented experience and proficiency

• Ability to work in a virtual team environment, as well as travel 25-50% of the time

• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle

• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personality types and understand technical issues.

• Agile implementation experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $74,600-$161,600.
