Position Description:
CGI is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team!
You will be leveraging your analytical knowledge as a consultant assisting our government clients to not only successfully implement an ERP solution but to help them gain the most benefit from their investment.
You will be a great individual contributor but relish working as a team player in a highly collaborative, modern agile implementation environment.
You will leverage your experience be excited to learn new tools and solutions to hone your craft and make our clients successful.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Opportunity to leverage existing subject matter expertise in accounting, procurement, budgeting, human resource management, or systems implementation methodologies. Potential multiple career growth paths include senior subject matter expert/consultant and future team lead/project management opportunities.
You will be responsible for the following:
• Participating on an Agile team to configure the solution, support implementation and test the output of Agile planning
• Supplementing and working at the direction of your team lead to drive test efforts forward
• Prepare for and run test defect review meetings, through managing incident and test management process
• Participate in client outreach and client solution design discussions
• Assist with Client training materials preparation and delivery for the use of the new IP solution
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Organized with attention to detail and follow through
• Critical thinking ability
• Ability to analyze and present data (via Excel, PowerPoint, etc) tailored for the audience
• Good client interaction skills, able to comfortably interact with client staff independently
• Solicit and interpret conceptual business needs and document requirements collecting data from multiple sources
• Highly self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a virtual team environment, as well as travel 25-50% of the time

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $59,000- $103,200.
