As the Test Engineering Leader, you will have a passion for engaging with the clients in solving complex technology problems and validating solutions in the Retail industry to support the business strategy. The role requires interaction with senior business and IT stakeholders to provide overall direction for the test strategy and its execution for supply chain operations

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Leads quality assurance projects to ensure that the system is implemented and functions as designed

• Ensures that testing meets organization standards for compliance

• Manages the QA activities on multiple projects or large programs.

• Directs the activities of the QA analysts by providing technical and SME guidance, assistance and training

• Secures appropriate resources, build QA project plans and track QA progress against the plan.

• Provides effective and timely communication of QA status, progress, issues, risks and mitigation plans to the Project Manager / Team

• Partners and collaborates with project team members and the business to design/develop complete testing strategies

• Assesses and provides first level signoff on software quality. Ensures all QA processes are followed and meet compliance guidelines

• Networks with internal/external QA resources to share and implement best practices

• Coaches and mentors QA team members..

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

10+ years of minimum IT and Consulting Services experience

• Strong retail background is preferable.

• SAFe Agile experience is a strong plus

• Technically proficient at a systems level (not development), to understand systems, integrations.

• Ability to lead team and facilitate meetings between development, prod turnover, prod support, security

Ability to work with business to get priorities, test completed for release dates/times, and with compliance to get approvals/signoffs.

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $75,000-$120,000
