If you are an experienced hands-on Solution Architect with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams in a dynamic environment, we want to talk to you. Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Represent as the go to senior solution lead for the business in New England area

• As a solution architect, responsible for the following for business opportunities

o Lead the overall solution approach, technology architecture and choices, timeline, phases, deliverables etc. (have prior experiences to draw from)

o Provide the content coordinating with other team members, and partners

o Lead the estimation effort

o Present with authority in Orals

o Support in preparing the Statement of Work as required

• Work with industry leaders and account leaders to prepare a Point of View for a given area; participate in discussing the content with prospective clients;

• If required, lead the engagements to kick start the projects after securing the project. If the solution demands, be part of the delivery team as a part-time SME possibly providing Subject Matter Expertise, executive relationship building, process and deliverable review, team coaching, etc.

• Participate local conferences for Industry Thought Leadership

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 15+ years of software development, proficient in developing multi-tier solutions

• Ability to work across industries ( Financial, Insurance, Retail, Health Care, Government)

• Hands on solution architect using latest technologies

o Broad experience across various technologies, frameworks, methodologies and deep in some

o Deliver POC to support the business initiatives

o Experience in implementing DevOps in an organization

o Experience working in large scale Agile implementations

o Experience in implementing complex enterprise wide solutions with heterogeneous integration needs

o Experience in leveraging Cloud capabilities and developing Cloud Native solutions

o Coach/Mentor other upcoming architects

• Have the ability to jump into a troubled project, identify the problem(s), regain the client’s trust, and coach the team to success.

• Executive communication skills with instant client credibility

• Curious, ability to learn and grasp new concepts
