Your future duties and responsibilities:

Candidate will be working in a highly motivated team that works on Microsoft technology platform. The SharePoint Developer/Administrator position will focus on needs analysis, design, build and go-live in addition to support for a large Microsoft SharePoint environment for a leading healthcare company. This is fast-paced environment with opportunity to learn a lot about business and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design / Development of SharePoint applications with SharePoint 2010, 2013, and 2016

• Experience in administering SharePoint Portals and Servers

• Supports Intranet sites built on SharePoint 2010 - SharePoint 2016

• Management of system security, system patching and upgrades

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Must be a self-starter, who stays abreast of the latest technology, and has a passion for IT and providing a great customer experience

• Must be able to design/develop/support SharePoint applications built on 2010 – 2016 and Office 365

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Team oriented; transparent and able to work independently.

• Good written and oral communication skills. Documenting the design specs, unit test results etc.

• Agile and SDLC experience at least 2+ years.

• Forward thinking, independent, creative, self-sufficient and enterprising person who can work with less documentation.

Five or more years of experience in IT field, with a minimum of three in the following disciplines:

• Design / Development of SharePoint applications with SharePoint 2010, 2013, and 2016

• Experience in administering SharePoint Portals and Servers

• Supports Intranet sites built on SharePoint 2010 - SharePoint 2016

• Manages system security, system patching and upgrades

• Deploy custom developed and third party SharePoint solution packages

• Configures SharePoint services and settings

• Documents SharePoint configuration and architecture

• Manages site quotas and file size limits

• Reviews and monitoring usage reports

• Manages content databases and creating new ones as required

• Manages the site layout structure and content

• Provides SharePoint support to end users

• Design and develop new SharePoint solutions

• Responsible for production implementation and support activities.
