Position Description:

The Operations Support Role is responsible for assisting our Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) and Operations Manager in performing, organizing, and streamlining operational tasks to support smooth business operations.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The Operations Support person will perform activities to support client reporting, CPMF processes, and member management. This role requires an individual that has strong written and oral communications.

• Member Management;

o Onboarding of new members

o Departure activities

o Org chart maintenance

o Screening requests

o Project assignment maintenance

• Perform Monthly Access Reviews

• Assist with Monthly CPMF & PCI Requirements Activities

• Support Service Delivery Manager Activities;

o Capture metrics

o Timesheet reporting

o Tracking and Reporting of Action Items & Risks/Issues

• Documentation Maintenance

• Vendor & Asset Management;

o Maintaining Inventory

o Proactively identifying license renewals

o Obtaining vendor quotes & processing orders

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Previous relevant experience maintaining inventory, working with vendors and utilizing spreadsheets for tacking and reporting.

• Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel

• Basic user of Visio or other organization chart maintenance software

• Proven written and verbal communication skills
