Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Accela Developer for maintenance of Accela Land Management or Business Licensing for large / complex government entities. Experience maintaining existing applications, but the majority of the work will be responding to tickets. No development or solutions design required. This is strictly a maintenance position.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

This resource will be responsible for maintenance of Accela Land Management or Business Licensing for large / complex government entities.

Experience maintaining existing applications, but the majority of the work will be responding to tickets.

No development or solutions design required. This is strictly a maintenance position.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Involved in a lifecycle implementation of Accela Land Management or Business Licensing.

• Experience with requirement gathering, scripting, workflow, report development.

• Certified Accela Bronze Implementer

DESIRED SKILLS REQUIRED

• Knowledge of system life cycle / application development alternatives

• High aptitude for complex problem analysis / resolution

• Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively present to target audience

• Ability to effectively work with all levels of personnel within the organization

• Detail-oriented; uses sound judgment; and is self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks

• Very good organization and time management skills

HARDWARE/SOFTWARE PACKAGES

• Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, Share Point, MS Project

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree
