Position Description:

CGI is looking for enthusiastic, analytical, candidates who have an understanding of CACS tables and functionality and can translate the business requirements into CACS tables. In addition to the design and definition phases of a CACS project, the functional business analyst will likely be heavily involved with the testing phases of a project, defining test scenarios and validating test results. Business analysts are generally also heavily involved in the generation of user documentation and training. 3-5 years of prior hands-on experience with CACS required or other collections systems.( e.g Debt Manager or Tallyman) Candidates with no collections experience will not be considered for these roles.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

A CACS Business Analyst will be responsible for working directly with clients to define the functional requirements associated with a CACS implementation, upgrade, and/or consulting engagement. An analyst will work with the client's Collections personnel to define/refine Collections treatment strategies and overall Collections software requirements in order to understand how the client's delinquent account base will be handled within the CACS tool.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Candidates must have very strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment (e.g., work well with a CACS technical team), at least 5 years of prior business analyst experience and the ability to work with and guide users in a functional design capacity. Must be willing to travel approximately 80%. Home base location is flexible.
