Position Description:

CGI's Healthcare Content Services Automation (HCSA) team is seeking individuals who are looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced client facing team. Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities and duties will include serving as the link between Business and IT Strategy, both internally and with our clients. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Project Management

o Managing multiple projects

o Oversee team working with IT and business staff to determine client technical infrastructure needs.

o Work with IT and business staff to gather requirements for client configuration needs.

o Work with Healthcare system IT and business staff to integrate multiple applications with multiple business stakeholders

o Develop detailed project plans

o Using technical knowledge to ask probing questions, monitor and report project performance against project goals

o Issue tracking, troubleshooting, follow-up and resolution – Pre and Post Go Live

o Knowledge transfer to client stakeholders

o Walking clients through scenarios to find the best solution/configuration for their business

o End to end test planning and execution

• Client Relationship Management

o Managing client relationships and satisfaction to cultivate referenceable projects based on successful delivery

o Resolving escalated issues from project delivery

o Provide timely and ongoing communication to joint team stakeholders

• Strategic Consulting and Business Development

o Identifying opportunities and securing follow-on work with clients

o Writing proposals

o Participating in business development demonstrations and orals

• Staff Development

o Coordinating work cross teams

o Coaching and mentoring junior staff

o Educating teams on healthcare industry

• 25-50% travel

• Remote role, preference is based in a US location in proximity to a CGI office

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Over 10 years experience managing complex technology implementations for healthcare providers and/or payers

Over 10 years experience managing implementation teams

Over 10 years experience managing stakeholder relationships

Desired Skills:

• Healthcare industry experience

• Government experience

• Capture solutions (e.g., IBM Datacap, Kofax)

• Content Services packages (e.g., Hyland, IBM P8, OpenText)

• Reporting packages (e.g., Crystal)

Education: BA/BS Degree in business, healthcare administration, health information management, information systems, industrial engineering or related field from an accredited college or university
