Position Description:

As a Power Platform Developer, you will be an integral part of our analytics team, driving the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform that will have a global impact.

We are seeking a talented and proactive Power Platform Developer to create and maintain robust, low-code applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate (formerly Flow), and Power BI. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and transform them into efficient and user-friendly solutions, empowering our organization to make data-driven decisions and optimize operations.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Develop Applications that are customized through Microsoft (MS) Power Platform utilizing an (Iterative) Agile methodology.

• Collaborate with team members and customers to ensure the applications developed capture the needs of the business.

• Lead development for the creation and deployment of prototypes and new applications by leveraging various technology solutions as needed

• Collaborate with Reporting Teams to prepare functional specifications for applications

• Present technical ideas and approaches to peers or the IT team.

• Leverage existing API’s and integrating the endpoints into PowerApps.

• Manage the scrum board and assign tasks to junior developers.

• Lead the technical design and development of low-code applications and analytics dashboards.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Software technical design and development.

• Experience with Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Automate/Flow, Power BI. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

• Experience in Agile development and sprint planning.

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:

• Power Pages experience

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,000 - $140,000.”
