CGI Federal is seeking a PMO Analyst to coordinate all business administration for a large software development project.
As the gatekeeper of all project operations processes, you will coordinate between corporate support offices, client PMO staff, and team leads in order to efficiently manage administration of the project. You will be responsible for managing onboarding, subcontracting, contracting, recruiting, invoice reporting and administrative processes, and well serve as the project point person for communications external to the project. Other responsibilities include reconciling client billable time and invoices, ensuring program compliance with corporate PMO guidelines, and ensuring all team member compliance with corporate requirements.
You should be a proven strong communicator who can manage several processes simultaneously and problem solve effectively. You must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and an ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with senior management and peers. Candidates must possess a high level of proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Microsoft Excel, and be highly detailed oriented.
All applicants must be US Citizens and eligible for a Secret level security clearance for consideration (an active secret clearance is preferred). The position will not allow for telework and will require daily attendance to client site.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Act as point of contact for projects corporate support offices, such as subcontracting, finance, PMO, recruiting, and human resources
Oversee staffing and onboarding processes for 120+ member federal project
Oversee administrative processes such as vendor payments, supply purchasing, staff and client inquiries, team record keeping
Responsible for timely, accurate invoice reconciliation and submission to client with reporting (including analysis and resolution of all discrepancies)
Manage purchase orders for labor and non labor agreements for several task orders
Work with all team members and directors to meet corporate requirements, such as training and business development tasks
Create dashboards, spreadsheets, presentations and reports as needed for team and client
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
4 year Bachelors degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience building Sharepoint sites
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and lookups)
Demonstrated experience managing multiple administrative processes without supervision, prioritizing tasks effectively
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work with customer effectively in time sensitive situations
Ability to work in high stress environment with shifting priorities while maintaining a positive attitude at all times
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers to ensure all corporate requirements are completed on time by each member
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to independently analyze large volumes of data, identify discrepancies, determine the root cause of the issue, and determine the best approach for resolution
