Position Description:
You will be working as a Business Analyst on a cloud-based CRM modernization project for our federal government client. Your role is the bridge between multiple stakeholders, helping translate the client’s business needs to the team, developing an industry leading solution with data and reports that are comprehensive and high quality.
The preferred location for this role is Nationwide.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Establish relationships with key stakeholders to gather requirements for modernized customer relationship management system
Schedule, plan and lead requirements gathering and review meetings.
Support creation of business flows.
Assess options for improvement and make recommendations aligned with business processes and needs.
Communicate key decisions and action items.
Analyze existing software applications, including system interfaces, to understand and document functionality.
Produce test scenarios/scripts for integration and system testing, execute test scenarios and support other testing activities.
Develop and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with project manager and cross-functional teams, converting business requirements into a developer-friendly specification.
Communicate with 3rd-party vendors and partners to address technical questions, issues, or requests.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
3-7 years’ experience relevant experience.
Ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed approaches.
Ability to develop innovative solutions to address challenges.
Experience testing and mapping various business policies and processes.
Excellent communications and leadership skills.
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Desired qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience supporting system testing and creating business flows.
Experience working in Agile environment.
Experience supporting federal government agencies.

CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,600-130,600
