Position Description:

CGI is looking for a Client Relations Lead in Albany, GA. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining client and vendor relationships. He or she will communicate, resolve issues, and ensure a level of trust is maintained with the client and vendors. He or she will be responsible to communicate status updates to management and the client. He or she will lead business development efforts at Albany. Additionally, he or she will actively participate in proposals and help to develop business strategies. Candidate must be willing to be hands on when needed.

This position is located in Albany, GA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client and vendor relationships.

  • Manage the prioritization of efforts and tasks toward fulfillment of service level objectives.

  • Absorb, channel and manage the expectations of the government task lead.

  • Ensure the effective and timely communication of roadblocks and dependencies to the Program Manager.

  • Communicate status to customers and management, and assist in timely hierarchical escalations.

  • Work with the CGI team onsite to identify process improvements.

  • Work closely with LOGCOM and MDMC staff to determine potential business development areas.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Due to the nature of work, MUST be US Citizen and be able to obtain a Secret clearance

  • 8 years' experience

  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing

  • Ability to coordinate the efforts of a team to accomplish multiple tasks in parallel.

  • Proficiency in standard office automation software.

  • Understanding and knowledge of USMC Logistics operations and policies.

  • Experience in understanding complex policies and translating into business processes and procedures.

  • Experience in communicating status to management.

  • Knowledge of the operation of client logistics automated information systems.

  • Able to lift over 50 lbs.

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:

  • Possess knowledge, experience, or understanding of DoD inventory management, categorization, and storage techniques, with additional military services (e.g., USMC).

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $111,600.00 - $219,600.00.
